“Poor time management is one of the leading sources of stress. Use your time wisely by being organised and planning ahead as it allows you to get your time under control. It also helps you to deal with potential problems before they arise. Time management is a skill, and like any other skill it is learnable. It gives you the chance to be more productive with your time, and when you use your time astutely it will also help you reduce your stress levels. The basic tool of time management is a list, which is organized by priority. The list compels you to make the best choices, and decisions. When this is done, you need to follow through with your decisions. If you skip this part, it will be hard or maybe even impossible to reach your goals. What action do you need to take today, to manage your time better? “
